Poured concrete walls & floors provide excellent thermal mass, helping to store & release heat as needed to regulate temperature, thus requiring fewer heating cycles & substantially less energy. Our buildings have insulatory ratings upwards of R-50 & can deliver energy cost savings of up to 70%.

ICF can accommodate nearly any architectural design aesthetic, and can run the full range of finish-level price points. Our Nudura ICF blocks can be used to create a variety of sizes, rounded walls or 45 degree angled sections for a truly custom project. Plus, our construction methods are 20-30% faster than conventional framing and 50-60% faster than CMU construction, so your project is completed on your schedule.
